Attendance Parent Portal

Will you child be absent from OR late to school? 

You will need to log into your Power School Parent Portal (select 'Attendance Monitor' from the left menu) in advance of absence or late arrival. Also, you must provide a note to ebeattendance@wcasd.net within 3 days of the absence.

Steps:

The parent/guardian can submit attendance for the current day or a future date.

• From the public portal the Parent/Guardian will select Attendance Monitor from the left
navigation menu
• The Parent/Guardian will then select the Report Attendance tab
• Parent/Guardian will then click the Report New Attendance button
• Parent/Guardian will enter the Absence Date (leaving the second date blank to report for today
only)
• Parent/Guardian will select from the What is the reason for the absence drop-down
• Parent/Guardian will select Yes or No in the Is this absence for the whole day drop-down
o If No is selected the user will be prompted to enter the Time Range
• Parent/Guardian will enter an explanation in the Explanation text box
• Parent/Guardian will click Submit

Please continue to use PickUp Patrol for early dismissal and any changes to your child's regular dismissal plan. Changes to dismissal must be submitted in PickUp Patrol by 1:30 PM on regular days or 10:30 AM on half days.

The Bus Status 4 mobile app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play. Parents and students select their buses in the app, choose to allow notifications, and you will receive push notifications any time one of their buses is delayed or there is a substitute bus. App notifications let parents know the duration of the delay.

1) Download the App. Search “Bus Status 4” on the App Store or Google Play to download the Bus Status 4 app by Box Clever.

2) Open the app, Allow Notifications, and scroll down to select West Chester Area School District from the list.

3) Go to All Buses. Tap the star to add a bus to My Buses. You’ll receive a notification when one of your buses is Delayed, Cancelled, or Early. Tap the bell icon to see general Notifications.

Did you know you can scan your grocery receipts to earn $$ for East Bradford?

In order to earn cash for EBE, you'll need to download the Box Top app on your mobile phone. Once downloaded: Search for East Bradford Elementary School to save our school in your profile!

Scan your receipt: Use the app to snap a photo of your printed grocery receipt within 14 days of purchase. The app automatically recognizes participating products and instantly adds the cash to your EBE's online balance.

We are excited to introduce the launch of the LinkIt! portal. Through this online portal, you will be able to view both current and historical assessment data linked to your student’s profile. Information housed in this portal includes state assessments (PSSA and Keystone Exams), with district assessments to be added over time.

Each family will have received a unique "Registration Code" from WCASD. Please contact assessment@wcasd.net if you have misplaced your code.

You will register your account at http://wcasd.linkit.com/parent and once you've created your password, you will be able to access any historical assessment results via the "Reports" tab.
